FOREWARD

Individuals and Organizations spend lots of money on training with the hope that they improve and be more effective in their jobs. However when you don’t find out what your Personal Values are, your money invested in this area simply goes to waste.

Many people think that they know their own behavior, or do they? If they do then they would be able to clearly predict how they would react in a certain situation. But most often they can’t.

On top of this, many people struggle to fit themselves within their society, with their friends and especially in their career. With the development of mass media, people are confused to an even greater extend. They often believe the beautiful stories and strive to attain it.

The basis of learning is self-awareness: Who you are, before where you want to go. As such before you go on to acquire more ‘Techniques’, you should learn about what your Personal Values are.

In addition, some of your Personal Values contradict each other, creating ‘Trapped’ or ‘Conflict’ behaviors. If you are not conscious of how they work, they will be working against you! You would be forever hard but not getting anywhere.

This course will not regale you with beautiful stories or promises. It will, however, tell you how the grass is actually greener on your side of the field. This is achieved by showing you more about yourself from a perspective that you have never seen before.

When we termed this book as ‘The Enlightened Manager’, we do not intend to describe or limit the users’ only professional managers. We are all ‘managers’ of our own lives. This book is beneficial to anyone who is interested in understanding and governing his or her own life.

‘The Enlightened Manager’ program is the basis before all learning should commerce.
