2011 represents an exciting change and improvement for us. We like to update you on our developments that you can look forward to for this year.

1) Please note that there are 5 reports currently available. The Leadership and Managerial competency report has been reported to be of great use to organizations.

2) We are going to have a total of 13 reports by year end. This includes Comparison, Sales Ability Report and such. These reports will be very useful for your hiring and developmental needs.

3)  Dont forget to use the CVP (Corporate Value Profile). Its a product that no other psychometric publisher has and now it comes with a report version!

4) We are developing the world's 3Dimensional Hiring and Development program. This improves the organization process and hiring system. Stay tune!

5) C-VAT is going iPad way! By the year end, C-VAT would have an application on ipad. This allows you to get the job seeker to enter the questions in your office (rather than on pen and paper); allows you to retrieve C-VAT RQ Reports and ask the job seeker specific questions pertaining to his/her profile and key in the replies on the spot.
