Back in 1984, when Professor Nelson was attempting to discover and to quantify Organization Culture, little did he know that his instrument allowed him to discover about human personality at the same time. Over the next 25 years, C-VAT has slowly grown to be a useful instrument for its small group of Human Resource Practitioners and Consultants for different people and organization related applications.
