The client is a large manufacturing and distribution company in the region. It grew rapidly over the past twenty years. At the present, it has more than 2,000 workers with factories in 5 countries. The management was plaque with constant problems of logistic and production.
Using C-VAT's proprietary system, the team discovered a few talented managers but not in the area of their field of logistic and production. The scientific method confirms and shows evidence of the need for change. Proposed recommendations is estimated to save the company US$1.3 Million in Singapore’s operation alone.

C-VAT was given the task of finding the right senior management for an SME. All the candidates had the right qualifications, and attitude. But who has the right values?
Values are inner principles that guide how we behave, work and 'see' things. These in turn, is a measure of an organization's corporate culture. There are many talents out there but if you hire the wrong person, the result is probably lots of internal conflict or stress for both parties.
The team first analyzed the company's values, directions and then tests the candidates on their personal values. The result was a prefect fit. The Candidate's love for work, was that's of the organization's philosophy.
Creative abrasions - Not every partnership has to go down in flames
Two partners started working well together. However with the strain of work, and business uncertainty, causes them to have conflicts. Behaviors looked unreasonable, and actions seem unjustified.
